Done by American architect and designer David Rockwell, The Cosmopolitan has a distinct urban feel and artistic bent. Rockwell’s visual wonders lurk everywhere, including mosaic swirls that guide you to the casino and the stunning sandstone walls that reach sky-high in the spa.
If you are in Vegas to gamble, you’ll want to make a beeline for The Cosmopolitan’s loud, bustling, 100,000-square-foot casino floor, which is packed almost 24/7. Choose from table games, slots and high-limit stake rooms.
Once you’ve had enough at the tables, the other main social scene is the luxury hotel’s three pools, each of which is landscaped to perfection with explosions of seasonal flowers.
The Cosmopolitan also provides a large, modern 24-hour fitness center complete with air-conditioned treadmills and Pilates equipment. There is also an extensive fitness shop in case you forgot your gym gear.
The world-class Sahra Spa & Hammam offers everything from a youth-inducing oxygen facial to a full-body exfoliation on a warmed marble slab.

Visit The Chandelier, a bar that is draped with 21 miles of strung crystal beads to dazzling effect.
For a luxury home-away-from-home feel, opt for a suite. You also can request a full kitchen outfitted with a Sub-Zero refrigerator or wine chiller, along with a separate bedroom and living room.

The Rooms

New York-based Virserius Studios gave The Cosmopolitan's accommodations quirky accents like whimsical wallpaper and striking contemporary artwork that don't detract from those Strip or mountain views.
The Las Vegas hotel offers 3,033 modern residential-style living spaces rooms, including 177 Terrace Suites and 247 Wrap-Around Terrace Suites, where you can order a bottle of vino and watch the pink-purple Nevada sunset.
The City Room, at 460 square feet, includes two queen-size beds done in deep navy and white, and a large, luxurious bathroom with marble floors.
The Terrace One Bedroom gives you a sweeping private terrace and decadent bathroom featuring marble tiles and a Japanese soaking tub.
A two-bedroom City Suite, perfect for a bigger party, has Strip views and bubbler tubs for soaking. (It also offers a king-size bed in the master and two queens in the second room to fit the needs of families or bridal parties.)

Savor a curated selection of the nation's most unique bites when you venture to the second-floor Block 16 Urban Food Hall. The dining destination offers a little bit of everything, from New Orleans' District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew. to NYC's famed underground tequila bar Ghost Donkey to an outpost Nashville's Hattie B's Hot Chicken.
At star Spanish chef José Andrés’ Jaleo, indulge in paellas made with house butifarra sausage and wild mushrooms or with lobster and cuttlefish. If you are an adventurous eater, head next door to the exclusive é by José Andrés, where the chef crafts avant-garde Spanish dishes in an intimate setting.
New York fine dining imports include STK (a standby among athletes and stars) for dry-aged steaks, and Blue Ribbon, Bruce and Eric Bromberg’s popular spot for internationally influenced American cuisine.
