A multi-course dinner at the romantic Sal Steak Cave is an indulgence worth the add-on price (a dinner there is included for The Reserve guests).
The resort, part of Meliá Hotels International, is a turtle sanctuary. If you’re lucky, you may even see the endangered olive ridleys hatch from their shells. Or maybe spot a whale from your beach bed during the appropriate season.
