Palace Garden
Fine dining in exquisite Chinoiserie-inspired settings
VERIFIED LUXURY
We verify luxury. Our highly trained inspectors visit every property we rate, evaluating based on up to 900 objective criteria. Our hotel stays span a minimum of two nights.
We pay our own way. No one can buy a rating; all ratings are earned through our objective inspection process.
Our global team of inspectors are anonymous at all times, so they have the same experience as a typical guest.
While we inspect both service and facility, our Star Rating system emphasizes service because your experience goes beyond how your surroundings look — how your visit makes you feel is what you will remember most.
We started in 1958 as Mobil Travel Guide, and we created the original Five-Star rating system for hospitality.
Five-Star

Four-Star

Recommended

Resplendent, opulent, breathtaking — Palace Garden is a feast for the senses in more ways than one. As the crown jewel of the lavish Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau, this fine-dining restaurant borrows inspiration from the royal gardens of Europe and China, exuding decadence and vibrancy everywhere you look. Created by famed Hong Kong designer Alan Chan, the abundantly colorful space offers a stunning tribute to the iconic Chinoiserie style that thrived in the 17th century as trade increased between Europe and Asia.
The restaurant’s dishes are just as memorable as the surroundings. Executive chef Ken Chong oversees a refined menu of Cantonese haute cuisine, serving authentic recipes alongside modern reinterpretations of dishes once prepared exclusively for Qing emperors. For something unique, head to Palace Garden’s cocktail lounge, Li Bai Bar, where digital walls designed by artist Yang Yong Liang display an immersive, virtual landscape painting depicting Macau and Hong Kong cityscapes.
