Pair a beverage with sharable plates such as ceviche, Brazilian fried empanadas, guacamole, sausage cooked in cachaça with okra, and handmade Brazilian cheeses.
- Dine by the ocean at Tropìk, the hotel's beach club, with service beginning at breakfast and ending at cocktail hour. The food here takes more of a Mediterranean twist, but like all the menus at Fairmont Rio de Janeiro, it incorporates traditional Brazilian dishes as well.
